How is a 'contract reviewed' counted?
Any distinct document Queviny reviews against your playbook counts once, regardless of how many redline rounds it goes through. Re-uploads of the same version during negotiation aren't counted twice.
What happens if we go over our plan's review limit?
You'll get a heads-up before it happens. Occasional overages are billed at a small per-document rate rather than pausing review mid-month; consistent overages are a good sign it's time to move up a tier.
Can we switch plans later?
