Terms of Service

Queviny provides AI-assisted contract review, obligation and renewal tracking, clause risk detection, and approval workflow tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis under the plan your organization selects.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your credentials. Organizations are responsible for managing their own users' access and permissions within Queviny.

Trial accounts run for 14 days from activation and may be limited in volume or feature access as described on the Pricing page. We may end or modify trial terms at our discretion; no payment is collected without explicit action to subscribe.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.

Queviny's redlines, risk flags, extracted obligations, and summaries are generated by automated systems to assist your team's review process. They are not legal advice, are not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney, and should be treated as a starting point for human judgment — not a final determination. Your organization remains solely responsible for decisions made using Queviny's output, including what is sent to a counterparty or executed.

You retain all rights to the contracts, playbook rules, and other content your organization uploads. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may export or delete it at any time.

The service is provided 'as is.' While we build Queviny to be accurate and explainable, no automated review system is infallible, and your organization is responsible for final review before any contract is sent or executed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queviny's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a subscription per the notice terms of the applicable plan. On termination, your data is retained and deletable as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located nearest to our registered address in Freistaat Thüringen, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
